Working Principle
The comprehensive water treatment system mainly consists of a high-quality carbon steel cylinder, a special structure stainless steel mesh, a high-frequency electromagnetic field generator, a corona discharge field generator, and a drainage device. Through the integrated filtration of an active iron filter membrane, mechanical variable-diameter pore blocking, and a corona discharge field, it adsorbs and concentrates hardness substances and composite scales formed in various water systems under actual operating conditions, reducing their concentration to control fouling and most hardness. It converts specific frequency energy to the treated medium—water—through a transducer, forming electromagnetic polarized water. This distorts the arrangement of ions, and when the water temperature rises to a certain degree, the treated water needs
some time to return to its original state. During this stage, the probability of scaling is very low, thus controlling the formation of scale. At the same time, metal ions on the wall are suppressed, providing anti-corrosion protection for scale-free systems.
