Plate heat exchanger structure principle: A plate heat exchanger consists of mainly heat transfer plates, sealing gaskets, pressure plates, upper and lower guide rods, and clamping bolts. Due to the special structure of the heat transfer plates, strong turbulence can be generated at a lower Reynolds number after assembly. This accelerates the destruction of the fluid boundary layer, enhances the heat transfer process, and is not easy to scale. The corrugated crests of adjacent plates support each other, forming a mesh-like contact point, which improves the rigidity of the plates and can withstand a larger pressure difference, ensuring safety in use.
