The JZR intelligent variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment is a multifunctional water supply device. This equipment uses variable frequency speed regulation technology and special industrial control computer technology to perform closed-loop control of the pump units in the water supply system. According to the parameters of the instantaneous change value of the flow rate and the corresponding pressure value in the water supply system, after processing by the analog quantity module of the industrial control computer, the variable frequency speed regulator automatically adjusts the pump speed and controls the number of pump starts to maintain the set constant pressure in the water supply network and meet the energy-saving water supply requirements. For circulating water systems, the output of the circulating pump can also be controlled through parameters such as temperature to achieve energy saving. The JZR intelligent variable frequency constant pressure water supply equipment is different from other manufacturers in that a buffer tank is added in the design, realizing the most energy-saving configuration. The buffer tank maintains the system pressure for a certain period of time when the system usage is small or no water is used, so that all water supply pumps automatically shut down; when the water usage increases, it automatically starts. If there is no buffer tank in the design, the water pump must be used to maintain the system pressure when the system water usage is small or no water is used, consuming power. Due to the incompressibility of water, even if the pressure-retaining pump stop function is set, when a small amount of dripping occurs, the pressure reduction will be very large, and the water pump will also start immediately. ● The water supply pump shown is a two-pump parallel type, sometimes multi-pump parallel or single-pump. For a single pump, select the pump according to the water supply design flow rate Q (m3/h), the single pump flow rate is Q (m3/h), and the head H (m) is determined according to the water pump flow rate and head curve; for multiple pumps, select the pump according to the design flow rate Q (m3/h), the pump group flow rate Q (m3/h), and the corresponding operating point head H (m)
It is determined according to the flow rate and head curve of multiple pumps in parallel, or the total flow rate is approximately 0.9 times the sum of the flow rates of all single pumps under the design head.
